My I 24 prize-ticket draw-was a battery jump box. The young couple across the street have put this jump box thru its paces. !/2 doz times or more they've needed it to jump off rheir 04 Ford Expedition with he thinks is a 5.4 V 8. And the jump box has yet to be recharged! At this point in time I KNOW I'd give this device 5 stars!  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

I make sure every vehicle under my control or driven by a family member has one of those in it...

Most I wire 'em up so it charges itself whenever the vehicle is running...

Saved multiple butts multiple times...

I have the NOCO GB40. Won’t travel without it.

I second the Noco GB40. I have it in each vehicle and like Serk have made sure the kids all have them. I have to check the grandkids yet. We even gave one to a couple broke down on their bike on the way back from Inzane last year. They had called for help and had been waiting over an hour for a tow, a couple of minutes with the jump box and they were on their way.

Those NOCO products are really good, but we should all remember to regularly check the car battery.  Easy to do when checking the tires and oil every couple of weeks.

Some places, we don't want our women getting out and opening the hood.  My daughter had a battery fail in Winter Park, FL.  A rough neighborhood with nasty old men.  I came with jumper cables.  That's when I started paying better attention to all the batteries.

Being originally from the cold north country and as I Am retired at least twice a year I pull and clean with a wire brush the battery terminals and look at the cables overall condition. And I also pay attention to the When of needing a battery replacement. And that battery cleaning-just before winter and just before summer the 2 hardest times on batteries. RIDE SAFE.
