Going to be in AR on Sunday 23rd with a riding friend for several days. I've been to AR several years ago riding North - Northwest area; Garfield, Eureka Springs, Rogers over to Harrison. Never ridden east of Harrison. Any roads that are a must? I'm sure we will still find our way towards Eureka Springs area but just wanted to know thoughts east of Harrison that is our base area with my timeshare. Thx in advance. coolsmiley

We really enjoy riding in Arkansas.  I have a trip planned for later this year to AR 7 from North to South.

Just one of my "wants".

Some videos about our visits.

Great roads that you posted Carolinarider. My friend Bill and I road on 123 and surrounding roads back in 2017 I think while staying in Branson, Eureka Springs and Harrison. Great trip. So I kinda know those roads. We may get back over there some but not sure yet. Looking at roads east of Hwy 65 where Fairfield Bay is located, looks like some good roads too. We will see, thanks for your post. Maybe we - Chrisj and myself will see you when  you make your pan-handle run towards Destin area.  coolsmiley

Rode all thru those roads years ago, 2006, that was the year I bought the Russell Day Long seat
best purchase ever made for my Valk even better than the baker air wings and mickopegs

Think the pig trail was 23

Was in back of a rider who went down on guts in the road just south of Deer, not sure what that road would be, either 16 or 7, but all the roads were outstanding

We based in Eureka Springs that week  Were you on that ride Challenger?  I know Valker was there but did not ride with us that day  Taz led the rides

Mama and I go to Fairfield Bay most every Thanksgiving week.  Unfortunately because of the time of year we are always caging rather than riding.

Either of two routes from Fbay to Mountain View are excellent motorcycle routes.  Several rural roads around the Bay are good curvy routes.

It is hard to find a bad road traveling in Arkansas.
