Am selling a Corbin (one piece) double touring saddle, which I removed from a 2000 Interstate. I have had interest from a local Valk owner who wants to install it on a 98 Standard Valk. He asked if the swap will work, and I said I'd find out. Thus, the question goes to the experts who are so helpful on this site.     Thanks in advance, Mike

It will fit on and lock, But you will have about a 2" gap between the seat and the tank, I switch my Ultimate from my I/S to my STD sometimes for solo trips.

That is understandable as the IS tank is larger than the STD tank. I understand you can do it the other way around but it takes some force to get the seat to latch on the IS.
