Yes....

Because when the engine fails it just becomes a glider.

And flying in a glider would still be flying.

A motor is just a motor.  Harley didn't build the aircraft.  Hobbyists have been building aircraft using several different small engines for a long time.

Don't know if my budget could afford all the new Harley airplane clothes I'd have to buy.

I'm thinking the only reason that plane is still around is because it didn't get much air time.  Smiley

Bet the motor would rattle the rivets off.

Doesn't appear Matt got it off the ground.

I rode a a Hog for 18 years.  (pre Valkyrie)

I have a small collection of nice colorful Hog Tshirts in my bottom drawer; been in there for about 20 years.

I never wear them.  I'm not going to wear one riding a Valk, and I'm not going to work or mow the grass in one.

I don't know why I keep them, other than frugality about things I paid for.

I have enough rags to last 3 lifetimes.   Grin

I'm with ya Jess, I got suits from the 70's I haven't got rid off, yet.

Maybe they'll come back into style Smiley

Ain't gonna fit and I'll never wear them, but who knows.

Being frugal sucks sometimes.

I gave most of my suits and sport coats/dress slacks, and ties and some dress shoes away to the local Boy Scout troop to sell.  All nice stuff (some blend, most worsted wool).

I kept my nicest stuff, which I will never wear except maybe to a wedding.

My cremation is prepaid and all set up (one phone call and done), so I'm not getting buried in a suit.

These days clothing decisions are how bad/good a pair of jeans or T shirts I will wear.  Real dressy is a short sleeve polo with a collar.   Grin

I just stained my long split rail fence around my corner lot (again) (man I hate all that bending and kneeling and crawling around).  Paint clothes are the bottom of the barrel Raggedy Andy stuff, and just get thrown away because I'm not putting that stuff in my new washer.

That fence was inhabited by carpenter bees, and they were quite aggravated with my work.  They don't sting, just buzz around you, and give you a chance to play Babe Ruth with the 4" paint brush (that one's over the fence ladies and gentlemen).   2funny
