The standard today is for the communication between your browser
and a web site to be encrypted. The vrcc web site does not support
encryption, so your browser warns you.

Interesting...

http://www.valkyrieforum.com/ DOES support encryption, but you have to manually add the 's'.

I.E. Go to https://www.valkyrieforum.com/ instead of http://www.valkyrieforum.com/ and then it's encrypted...

(Might want to update bookmarks to have the https instead of http as well to make sure it "sticks")

Or - if you're using Firefox - you can get an extension https:// everywhere . 

But yes - you want to use encryption as much as possible (and especially where money is involved !!!! )
