I have an 99 interstate with Cobra running boards.  Like to go back with foot pegs like OEM.  I wear boots when I ride and it is tight fit between running board and shifter same way on foot brake side, any suggestions on a foot peg or a shorter running board?  A link would be nice, Thanks

I took the rear peg off the heel toe shifter so I can just smash down on the metal

Works for me the last 20 yrs or so

I use Kuryakyn Iso pegs for my Hwy pegs and passenger pegs (with Cobra floorboards for me).

The Iso pegs or Dually Iso pegs are good.

It's been a long time, but I think you may need large pegs 'without ends,' and 'adapters' for Honda.

I've been perfectly happy with the OEM foot pegs for almost 25 years...

I searched, there's a few sets on eBay.

Also, I can't recall the EXACT specifics, but I remember a thing where folks replaced the shifted peg with one from a Honda Blackbird, which gives a little more clearance. I think I did that on my own (Size 13 boot)

Cobra footboards work with boots, size 11, if the shift lever is removed and reinstalled one spline higher. Try it.  I didn't readjust the brake pedal as the Kuryakin pedal pad put it in the right place.

I use the Kury 7963s and love them. You do have to order the Honda adapters.

I replaced the running boards on my Valk when I bought her with the 7063 also.  They have worked great for me while putting some 100k.    I have size 14 boots.

Can't speak for others with big feet, but I was 6'4" when I hit my full height in the 9 grade.  Yeah, I have loss height as many do with age.  But feet are still size 14.

Ya' know what they say about guys with big feet, right?

(Expensive hard to find boots is the correct answer.)

Something about being 5'19" probably enters into the equation as well...  2funny

My son likes to repeat the rumor that
men with big feet have long

shoelaces.
