Good evening!

Just joined this forum and figured I would introduce myself and my new ride! I'm Roy, from Caldwell Idaho, and I just picked up this beautiful 2001 Valkyrie and joined this club. Its the first big bike I have had, and wanted something with a decent amount of power that was also incredibly reliable, so I did some research and found these, and one just so happened to be for sale at the dealership less than a mile away from me! So naturally, I could not pass up the chance to own such an amazing machine. Could not be happier with the bike and the way it feels.

We are glad you are here Roy. There are several of us Valkyrie riders here in the Treasure Valley.
We try to get together often, and you would be more than welcome to join in.
I live in Kuna. You can message me anytime and I'll give you my number. I look forward to hearing from you.

Welcome from Texas Roy!!!  Raymond "Whooray" is good people.  You can learn a ton from him and they have some pretty good rides up in your area starting this time of year.
Here is South Texas, we went straight from our 2 weeks of Spring, right into Summer.

Enjoy the new Valkyrie, you will be pleased.

Absolutely gorgeous bike! I love riding in Idaho - that and Wyoming are my favorite riding states.

I agree. They are both very beautiful states. Although, the wind in Wyoming when my buddy and I went through was pretty gnarly. I'd hate riding in that lol

I lived in WY for 22 years.  Didn't have a Valkyrie then but a 750.  It was fun riding sideways to the wind with a 20 degree lean just to go in the straight line.   :tickedoff:
