vegan and vegetable oils make us sick over time including cancer.

the body is always in a shut down mode, aka aging. lifting weights causes the opposite basically slows down aging, some studies shown can actually do some minor age reversal.

Tryptophan should be avoided after the reproductive yrs, when it is not needed anymore and actually causes inflammation.  white/gray hair is basically tryptophan.

Therein lies the problem...they're close to my age. Thankfully they don't. There is a blonde that keeps hitting on me, she doesn't go to the gym though.  Grin
