You know what bugs my Nancy? She has a distinct noise on her phone that plays when she has either a text or email come in, so I recorded it...then play it back when her phone is in a different room. And off she goes, running to catch her phone call or whatever...which always stops just as she picks it up.  Evil Just wondering...should I lock my bedroom door at night?  Wink

Your prank reminded me of my wife and I watching movies at a friends house back in the mid 80's. We both had the same television set so I took my remote control with me this time. I told his wife what I was going to do and she played along. After 10 minutes I turned the power off and he turned it back on wondering why it had turned off. After several times of me turning it off he was frustrated thinking his TV was going out so I told him to check the plug in to see if it was plugged into the outlet good so he pulled out the heavy floor model out and we both looked at it and all was good. I did it again 30 minutes later and then brought my remote up from the side of my leg so he could see it. We all thought it was funny except Robert. Robert was highly pizzed off and it took him a few hours to find the humor in it.. Grin
I see him a couple times a year now and we always talk about the remote incident.

I did that with a Roku TV at our local brewery.  I had my cell phone, on the same WIFI as the TV, so I changed the channel to something I wanted to watch.  LOL  After a few breweskis, I finally told the owner what I had done.
We all had a laugh from it.
