Well I thought I was done with Valkyries but yesterday a beautiful 1999 orange & black standard ended up following me home.  Only has 5300 miles on it.  Needs a new front tire  and might need low speed jets but does run pretty good.  Dumped a 1/2 can of seafoam in it and hope it works.  Four days after having back surgery.  I won’t tell the doctor because he probably would frown about me riding right now.

Good for you cooldude
Get it while you can.

I'd suggest trying Berrymens B-12 for clogged jets.

Awesome!  Blows my mind every time I hear about these bikes with such low mileage.

Added seafoam & Berrymans B12 plus new non ethanol gas took it for a couple rides and like magic it now runs like new.  New front tire should be here tomorrow.

I'm curious. Where do you find non ethanol gas in our area?

I get it when I take trips to NY.  All the Stewarts stations have it.  I use it in all my 2 stroke garden machines.  Next trip to NY will probably be a snowboard trip. Had back surgery Oct. 10.  Dr doesn’t want me snowboarding untill mid December.

That leaves plenty of winter left for snow boarding. I think it's amazing that you still do it at your age.   cooldude

Tom stopped by today during the late afternoon on his "new-to-him" Valkyrie. It came with a big aftermarket windshield. It's beautiful.
