Least ways back in the mid 70s. My 73 CB 500/4 was still rather newish when I met Ray Martin and his Lovely wife Jenny. We did in Fact RIDE some miles together me on my 500 and Ray at that time on a CB 750/4. Do Not recall the year of his 750 cuz both of us LOVED Sharin Wind!  cooldude Yesterday 10-26-2025 Ross AKA daprez texted me to call him. And when I did call much like when our Baby Sister had passed he stated-no easy way to say this but my Good Friend and RIDIN bud Ray Martin had passed at 81 years young from cancer!  Cry I Will NEVER again tilt a cold brewski with him or have a sanswich and a beer in a biker bar again!  Cry Couple times over the years my 1st wife Betty and Jenny woukld herd the kids in the cage while Ray and I RODE to where ever we wuz going that weekend. Ray may you have twistys forever warm dry winds and may you Never ever run outa gas again!  coolsmiley I miss you BRO!  Cry Ray and I were BROTHERS OF THE WIND!  cooldude

Sorry to hear of the loss of your friend/brother.

Good friends are hard to come by and keep over such long periods.

Condolences to you and his family.
