Same process as before, where you have to post the pictures to some third party server (photostash, whatever), and then hit the "Insert Image" button, which is leftmost on the second row. Has a miniature landscape picture as the icon. Hover over it, and the popup will say "Insert Image". That will put in the html tags required, leaving the cursor in between. Type in the FULL address of the image itself. Use "Preview" instead of "Post" to make sure it's right, then go for it.
