Been there, done that. Only going the other way. Picked up tire at dealer to install myself at home. That was before interweb ordering was a thing.

I've also worn my new tire to the bike shop for mount and balance.  Several times. Even a big car tire.   And I still can at 150lbs.  Got a lot of pointing and laughing by the motorists too.

But now I have him order it for me, or order on line and have it delivered to him (not me).
