cooldude Well we know that InZane 2026 has  been selected and it's Eureka Springs, AR. I've been to AR a couple of times, once for a week of riding, great roads & places. InZane is the first week of June 2026. I'm planning to go and a few others have already told me they are planning to go too. If you'd like to meet up to ride over let me know. I'm in Leesburg, GA and about 800 miles from here. I imagine registration will be announced no later than January some time. This is the earliest that InZane has been posted this early in many years.  smitten

Barring the ever possible "unforeseen circumstances", I'll be there with my youngest son, Caleb. First one we both will attend since Taos.

I'm planning on going depending on, as mentioned, "unforeseen circumstances". Maybe Trump will come through again and keep the hurricanes away.   Grin

cooldude  I hear that, this is was a great year with NO Hurricanes.  Shocked Stay tuned if you would want to ride over with some folks. I'll put something out as we get closer. I'm going to be retiring in March so I will have the time and plan on riding with a few over.  coolsmiley

I was told the Mt. Judea area on hwy 123 is a good ride. About 1 3/4 hours from ES.

It is a really nice road to travel. Back in 2017 or 18 "VTX Bill" and I spent a week riding all around AR. We had a blast. Great area to ride and believe it or not Bill said he wants to try and make this trip.  Shocked We will see.

I think you'd have to look fairly hard to find a non-fun motorcycle road in northwest/central Arkansas.

Just over the Missouri border, route 90 runs from Washburn to Noel, east to west, is a fun road.

One month down - just under 4 to go. Only 1 month for my retirement smitten Everything looking good!
Jeff, let’s find a place to meet up and enjoy the ride over. I’ve talked to a couple others that may want to join up as well. It’s going to be great!  coolsmiley

Great TJ. What was your last InZane you went to? Also, Nick - Bronxboy may be looking to split a room. He looks on the site so he’ll reach out if he needs one I’m sure.  coolsmiley

Hey wait a minute. I’ve only been to one Inzane and it happened to be at Eureka Springs AR if I’m not mistaken. Except then it was in August I think and coming from central Illinois it was 94F at 2 am when we went through St. Louis. Well over 100, I thought I saw 110F on a digital sign while I was getting gas the following day.
Great riding down there, beautiful scenery and very nice people. Do not miss riding AR 23/Pig Trail Rd. The northern end of it is Eureka Springs.  Terrific fun on a Valkyrie but I happened to come up it several years before driving my semi truck. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had behind the wheel of ANY powered vehicle. Left me soaked in sweat and almost in tears. Great on a bike though!

I remember that year.....   It was in late July early August and hotter than Hades.  On the way home thru Fort Smith, a bank showed 106F.  We were stopping every 20 minutes and wetting ourselves down with gas station water hoses and riding another 20 minutes until we were completely dry.

I am hoping and praying for a little cooler weather now that it will be at the end of May.

I signed up and reserved my Hotel room on 1/10, and just reserved a room in Tupelo, MS for my trip up there. Leaving here on 5/29, and arriving in ES on 5/30. Will definitely be there for the "Early Bird."

I am still thinking about it. I am worried about taking such a long trip on the bike and having a mechanical issue or getting stranded in the middle of nowhere. I've never done that far of a ride before. If I can link up with some other riders, I might feel a little better about it.

Keith do you have plan yet on when you are leaving / where you are staying along the way?

Hey James,
If you don't think your Valkyrie will make it get it checked out. I do know the roads in AR will eat tires up because of the material of the roads. Make sure your tires are good.
Yes, I'm leaving on the Friday 29th. I want to take my time and get there on Sunday 31st for the Cookout! I will most likely  leave the following Thursday 4th possibly  Friday 5th. Going up I don't think it is necessary to make hotel reservations. I typically find a $75-$95 room along the way. I like the mom & pop along the way if I can find a pretty clean one at that price. If that works for you let me know. I've got a couple others that may join up also. I'm in S. GA near Albany. I'm only 800 miles to Eureka Springs.
We can take it off line let me know.  In fact any of you let me know it you'd like to meet up.  coolsmiley
