Woke up this morning to more snow. We've had more snow this winter than we've had in the last few years combined. I'm so sick of it. I'm ready for motorcycle weather and flip flops!

I would never ride with flip flops on a motorcycle but I see it all the time and I just shake my head.

Wears flip flops year round.

Helment of choise is a Nazi Style WW II hELMET.

Talked to his girl friend and said could you at least get a pair of sneakers on her friend, but says he wears Flops all Year round.

I was telling this story to my Doctors nurse and guess what, the guy is her Dad.

Met this couple aforementioned on HWY 116 , The Devils Triangle, they  stopped along wiht a few of the regular guys i ride with to help a Buell Sportbike after he crashed.

So I have witnesses to his attire.

My bosses wife said she hates bundleing up for cold rides.

She likes the warm weather.

And would ride naked if Robert her hsuband would let her.

But Iam glad you are still at least keeping your pants and shirt on.

LOL

we finally got power back last night on thursday at dinner time  a neighbors tree split and took out the main line to the house pulled the meter right off the house, the phone line held the meter off the ground somehow

Now we still have no verizon tv internet or phone  maybe on monday they say

5 foot drifts well over 2 feet of snow across the driveway then 4 feet at the street line
Bonnie found that when she sits in a spot in our kitchen I can piggyback on wireless someones signal a block over so thats what she is doing this afternoon while I take a break from shovelling

rhonda hang in there it will snow some more before it gets to be spring

Man Oss you guys have really been tested to the Max up that way.

How do you keep your sanity wiht all that snow?

I guess you all are just a little tougher than this ole southern by when it comes to braving the winters.

Personally if I lived out itn the coutry side I would invest in a Snow Mobile, thats kind of like riding.

Good luck and come on spring time.

Ya'll desrve it.

Great Pick of 2 feet of snow. Soon you'll all be coming up here to ride cause we don't have any. It's raining outside and has been all day.

All I can say is I've never heard anyone ever say they want a vacation home where it's freezing.

no Al and Ron I think we have it easy

Folks like MP have had it real bad  what with more than a week with no power out in North Dakota and it dont even make the news

I drove down to the bronx (just 26 miles)  to shovel out my office and driveway and am catchin my breath for a spell now before finishing and going home for breakfast

Rhonda I would love a home in Vermont or upstate in the adirondacks near some ski mountain if my knees was better, or a piece of paradise like LD and Don have,  Maybe some day.
