A few years ago, with the Fourth of July approaching, it was my job as safety officer of my Marine Corps unit to develop a slogan and to put up posters discouraging drinking over the holiday weekend.  We had no accidents that year, and I attribute it partly to our slogan:  “He who comes forth with a fifth on the Fourth may not come forth on the fifth.”                  Robert Abney
