Why would anyone shave a cow like that?

I am excited about Sugarbee helping out!  Thanks again Donna!!!!

Ok, now I throw the question out, WHAT DO YOU DIG ABOUT A CERTAIN WEBSITE - Not a forum, but a WEBSITE????

First, I like the looks of the German and Russian sites - those are cool.

I like the calender thingie on those sites.

I really like the look of the picture in Jack's Signature!!

That is a whoooo-Hoooo!

I know that Sugarbee is going to blow us away if she unveils a new site!

I am just wondering what you really DIG about one site over another.....

I like the thought of 'Dragons In The Swamp".  But, I am from Texas and what do we know.

Well, I didn't want to put any pressure on my sister Donna, but since she said that she will be redoing it, I AM REALLY EXCITED ABOUT WHAT SHE WILL BE COMING OUT WITH ON THE OTHER END!!!!!  I know that Sugarbee will do us proud.

Folks, help out here......What do you like in a website?  Ok, maybe a changing picture of bikes each time you log in - like the main....what?

I agree with Early Bird, I like the Dragon in the Swamp thing too......

The Louisiana site is way outdated but I do like links to members list and pics of members and activities.  Ideally, it would be a site you could use as a home-page with links to go where you could connect with other sites of the club.  By the way, THANKS. Smiley

And another that may not be a bad background if you are doing multiple pages.....

or this may look cool next to a black Valkyrie....

or may not look bad with an orange and black Valkyrie.....

And if you MUST - you could even throw in a Yellow/Black Dragon if you MUST!!!

Also, I agree with Jack, I would keep all the links, pictures, new members (I remember how excited I got when I saw my handle there) and activities....Jack did an AWESOME JOB of setting up a website that I still LOVE - Just make your own.

Take the awesome stuff he did and run with it!

Anyway, I like the Swamp Dragon idea,......

Donna, when I get home, I will send you the white background LAVRCC logo as well (if you don't have it saved).

I know that Sugarbee is creative and I know SHE IS GOING TO BLOW US AWAY!

I am excited all the way over in Africa!!!

Thanks Girl for stepping up like this - YOU ROCK GIRL!

daniel mayer had once drawn a red dragon riding a Valk  and since some folks have said it reminds them of certain members I thought I would post it.  when I get home I will re enter the thread and modify it with the pic.   Subject to Daniel's permission of course for the club to use it.

That Dragon almost looks... Tangelo to me... I might have to steal that pic... (already did)  laugh

Information is what I like on a web page.... and links to all officers, etc...

I wish that we could host PDF files somewhere, but I guess that would require FTP access...

A clock might be nifty, but no swirling cursors and none of that "sissy stuff" either Sugarbee.... heheheheh  Grin
