Anyone have any dealings with these folks? I ordered a couple of jackets yesterday. So far I've been impresed with the customer service - now we'll see how the shipment & delivery goes.

Yep... Bike Bandit is fine to deal with... I have bought a lot of stuff from them over the years and never a bad dealing. They have some of the quickest shipping that I have ever seen. Good Luck!

I agree they are good people to deal with and they do have very fast shipping if items are in one of there warehouses. Get factory Honda parts at same cost as honda and they are delivered to your door to boot!

They are good people. I was going to order the starter repair kit from them, but Honda Direct Line was $6.00 cheaper, that paid for my freight and handling. So Direct Line got that order....... |

Good people to deal with as everyone so far has said. I needed new shoes for the Lady and HDL was cheaper so like RJ I ordered from them. Only took 4 days from time I placed order till they arrived. Hard to beat HDL. Yes I know some have had problems with them but I have been lucky I guess. YMMV however. Regards,  |
