I am at S&W Academy this week. Toured the factory today.  Kinda felt like I was in a holy place.....    Grin

Heading home Thursday morning. I am not returning thru NYC.  I never thought I would want to go there, now I know why. At one point we sat in traffic to cross the George Washington Bridge, we moved 2.5 miles in 3.5 hrs...   tickedoff   What a nightmare!! It should have taken us 12 hrs to drive here, we were 17 hrs getting here........    Oh well, the school is great and we are learning a lot........

No wonder it's so short.  I could've sworn it was two weeks but that was probably for wheelgun school.

Labor Day week of '91.  "Firearms Instructor's Update and Recertification Course".  Had a HOOT, and made certain I didn't bring my model 686.  Instead, I brought my MkIV Series 70 and my Baretta 92F.   police  The last day, after the test was done, they broke us for lunch and said... anyone who wants to have a little fun after lunch... come on back.  I was the ONLY one that did.  They took me into the indoor range and put cases of ammo on the tables, and a BUNCH of fully auto toys.  The ONLY stipulation was... I had to fill my own clips, but could play to my heart's content.  THAT had Zest !!!   cooldude

Side note... drove into the city on Labor Day, did the Empire State Building, and watched the Blue Jays beat the Yankees in Yankee Stadium.   Evil

That's our sweetheart.......

How is Noah doing?

He reminds me of my grandson who is Noah also.....
Mine I have to thump him once in awhile.....
His mother lets him run, and then grandpa has to be the bad one...
But overall, he is one great kid, who does not like football anymore.
Last game of the season, sport his mother demanded he partake in, got blind sided on one of the last plays of the last game.    So far he is on his 2nd knee surgery to repair it.   He was too agressive on the 1st repair and tore it again.

Wishing you and Noah mucho happiness........
