Finally got the old girl off the lift and out to the driveway for a bath and manicure and then hit the button and she awoke with the beautiful sound of SIX cylinders purring saying LETS RIDE!!!!

Awoke the Blue Babe from slumber last night after she got pretty'd up. Battery tender did it's job.
Gotta love the smell of Stabil when you first start 'em up after sitting in hibernation for awhile.
S'posed to be in the mid 60's later this week before the bottom drops out again. Time to let the BB stretch her legs and dance.

I woke MGM up yesterday to ride to my Pulmonary Rehab.
Wife was at work.
Trike headers are in California for a new ceramic coating
Couldn't get in the truck. those damn 20" wheels. Knee wouldn't hold me to step up.
So I moved a tractor, put the O2 in the saddlebag, with the hose coming out from under the lid and onto my nose. Took off on MGM. My new Battery Tender fried another battery so I ordered and have received already cy new CTEK charger for MGM, Trike got the 1st one...... Didn't ride MGM too much else out of the way.
I was a little bit afraid of my new knee not holding up its end of the deal.

Did the same Sunday past after a five month lay up. I flooded her up real bad in the process. Took a half-hour to finally get her to clear her throat. She finally fired and roared like a lion. Or is that a dragon. My seven hundred pound tranquilizer. I need a pill.

Unseasonably warm week here too, but the dirt road out is still a mud bog plus they are predicting one last wintry week starting Saturday...so I let her sleep. No sense teasing her (and me) then putting her back to bed. It's still looking like a longer riding season than usual in these parts. I haven't renewed my Progressive insurance policy which is due at the end of the month. They jumped it up around $40 for no reason. 62 with 46 years of riding without a claim, and living in a very low crime area...doesn't make sense. I may shop around...just the principle of the thing.
