Looked like a nice ride Robin. I keep meaning to ride out there myself it's not to far from here near Scranton Pa.  I was going to hit the Hawks nest but something came up so i never made. I was out for a few hours to day also and it sure was nice.  Ps I really like that  color combo. cooldude

The 99 std. orange/black is tied for the 3rd rarest color with the 01 beige/black I/S at 240.

The 98 std copper/black is the rarest at 80.  It was an export only bike.

The 2nd rarest, and rarest in the US, is the 2001 I/S in the maroon/black at 160.

Thanks to Valkyrienorway for the info.

Yep, originally anyway.  Some might have gone out of country by now, and/or wrecked.  I have one with a sidecar sitting in my garage right now. So, that is two of them!

The highest point in South Carolina is through the woods and up the hill behind me, Sassafras Mountain. It is 3560 ft
above sea level. I never actually walked to the top, I guess I'm too paranoid to leave the Valkyrie parked there
in the woods...
