Wow good job! I spend most of the time on the bike. Either hanging with friends or Kit and I riding ourselves. We have a rallie to do every month so that takes our time. Working EMS here at home and Indy during race season, Vol FF, and doing constuction part time, doesn't leave me much time. I live on a family farm so doing field work is good, except digging field tile  Angry . I also collect Jack Daniels items/ bottles. I'm boring lol  Evil

My largest pastitme, hobby right now is Grandkids.......

They grow up so dang fast, that I decided to stop and smell the flowers with them.   Especially this one and her 2 sisters.  They live close by..........   Other Grandkids get their share when they are in town..........  or Red and I go visit em.  That is usually an overnighter.   1 day to get there, see em for a day and return home.

This picture is now 5 years old...........   She is 7 and in Kindergarden, plus she is BIG SISTER to her siblings..

I have been wood carving for about 25 years.  I started out in decoys.  About 15 years ago I got into OLd World Santa's.   Stay busy with them all year long.

I really love Radio Control cars and planes.  But with a wife and 3 girls between the ages of 1.5 and 12(next month), I don't get enough time to play with my toys.  I keep telling myself that I have to try and make some time go get them out once in awhile.  Here's a couple pics of some of them:

I used to race these cars on an indoor carpet track every Saturday and/or Sunday with my brother.  After he died, I kind of got out of it.  Actually, a couple of these were his.  I actually painted all of these except for the old hot-rod one. It came with that body.  I actually painted another body after this pic that is really nice.  Hopefully, my kids will show some interest as they get a little older and we'll start racing again.

Here is my sailplane.  It is an Olympic 2 with a wingspan just over 8 feet long.  I also have a couple other powered planes (Falcon III, SuperSportster 40, Slow-Stick) as well, but I do not have pictures of them here at work.

I haven't flown in a couple years since my last baby was born.  But I even built a runway/flying field in my back yard so I wouldn't have to travel to the local RC field.  Hopefully, I can get back into it this summer.

I also bowl on a league once a week, which I really like.  Currently my average is hovering around 180, which is 5th on my league.

And then I have my ATV (Honda 400EX) which I also don't get enough time to ride.  I don't think I even went through a tank of gas last summer on it.  But we built a 3-acre motocross track in the field behind my house.  I haven't ridden much lately, but the neighbor-kids really like it.  They come and ride all the time in the summer.

Lessee, after being a councilman for 13 years after retirement, I'm still active in local government by being a member of the Board of Works and Safety in my town, I've raised roses for over thirty years and give them away to  local doctor offices, and other places that need cheering up.  Another longstanding hobby is photography (not very good at it) and I do my own photo digital processing.  I've been in the shooting sports for over 70 years, and own a fair collection, gotta get back in it.   I've been riding off and on for over 62 years.   I was in the RC planes building and flying hobby but good weather for flying was better suited for riding.
I'm also a ham radio operator (K9AXM) general class licensee since 1966, not very active but operate CW.

I walk and work out but that's not a hobby, just a necessity.

Not much in pics, but I also woodwork, collect/smoke cigars, make a pretty good batch of homemade beer, play golf pretty badly, work out when I can, deep sea fish, and travel!

(Probably my most popular batch... almost time to brew it again!)

Do we have a limit of how many hobbies we can list?

How often do we have to do it or participate in or even think about it for it to actually be a hobby?

1. My wife. angel
2. Dirt Bike riding with my 2 boy's 11 and 16. Shocked
3. Sporting clays.
4. 4X4 trucks,,, into Diesel ones currently. cooldude
5. My 1968 Mustang coupe, first car I ever owned and I still have it after being totaled 2 times while I have owned it and 1 time prior, she now has a 69' 351W with LOTS of cash dumped into her with the return of over 435HP and almost 500lbs torque. Evil
6. Nitro powered RC trucks and cars we have 4 complete and running ones currently.
7. My 2 Black Labs from a local rescue, best behaved and most trainable dogs I have ever owned you name the trick and I bet we can get them to do it within 1 day or less.
8. Hunting (wild pig, Turkey, Rabbit, Duck, Deer, coyotes and bear but only 1 time each so far for these last 2).
9. Indoor paper killing (pistol shooting).
10. RV camping.
11. Home theater design and building.
12. PC building.
13. Metal fabrication.
14. Beer (mostly just drinking lots and lots of them (plain old AMERICAN made nothing fancy) every so often with a couple good buddies). Embarrassed
15. Convincing other people to spend their money on stuff I wish I owned. laugh
16. Did I mention my Wife? Cheesy just trying to make sure I SCORE,,,,, points on this one.

In addition is the keyboard to keep my fingers flexible for riding, to the right is a electronic instrument called a Theremin. if you recall a song called Good Vibrations by the Beach Boys, it is a weird, spooky sound. For our boater freinds is morning shot of Lake St. Clair, Mich. Michingan is beautiful. For the star gazers is the Northern Lights from my front porch. Lastly is magnetic metal art, object freely hanging upwards. I got this thing about magnets.

Aside from my family and everything else that keeps me busy,  I enjoy cooking.  We were recently invited to a little grilling club here in town, nothing formal.  I was told to bring some sort of beef dish cooked on the grill.  Sooooo.

Fresh veggies and some beef:

cut and assembled on some fresh dough

Back on the grill:

boxed and ready to eat:

my oldest daughter told me a few months ago at the dinner table "daddy, your food tastes like it came from a good restaurant"  This is why I do it.
