Well...the wrench part is over...bikes sent down the road.  I want to thank everyone who made it out:  Scooby Doo, Lucky Dog, Fudgie, Blackcat, Gary & Rosie, and Chip.

After we got done visiting and before we started working on the bikes, we had a bite of lunch.  The temps didn't hit the highs they forecasted or the amount of sunlight, so the Taco Soup that Marcia fixed hit the spot!!

Everyone visiting:

Tearing into Scooby Doo's bike:

Blackcat is waiting in the wings:

Fudgie and Chip talking:

The bikes sitting on the driveway:

Blackcat is still working on his bike and everyone is watch the work in the garage:

I am fighting with those damn clamps on the intake runners:

Blackcat is talking and everyone is paying attention (I may be cussing that damn clamp):

Finally got that damn clamp off:

Everything is hooked up and ready to go:

More bikes on the driveway:

Getting ready to fire it up:

Found a problem, the petcock wouldn't hold a vacuum:

While Scooby Doo and I worked on his bike, the rest of the guys scync'd Blackcat's bike:

Making all the connections:

The lonely bikes on the driveway:

Putting Blackcat's bike back together:

Last few pieces:

Putting the horn back on:

Replaced Scooby Doo's petcock diaphragm and ready to sync:

Got one side checked and looking at other side:

Chip getting ready to leave:

Blackcat and Gary talking about bikes:

After the sync, I checked Scooby Doo's header bolts:

Everyone getting ready to go home:

Joe, had a great time, thanks for all you and Marcia,s work. First time I have met anyone from the board in person, confirmed my feeling that this is a great club with good people.
Joe and I talked on the way home and decided to go ahead rebuild the carbs. I bet I've run 6 or 7 bottles of techron thru it & still leaking. I'm going to try and find the post of the guy that made the block off plates and try that on the petcock if he still has some. If not replace with the Pingel.
Again thanks for helping, I am looking forward to  meeting more members at the Whiskey Run & Inzane. Checking into Joe's ride Memorial Day.
If you or any members are in the neighborhood of Sourhern Indaina My place is always open.

Hey folks it was real good to meet you all . And glad to hear you made it home Fudgie even if it was wet and cold.I believe you had the longest ride. Sure wish I could have stayed. Had to slip on the tux and take care of a couple of things. You all know I'd a rather been wrenching than putting up with these two.

YA! RIGHT! the one in black is last years Miss International, The other is Miss Mo.  I had a good time at the ball but meeting you all wasn't half bad either. See ya on the road. Chip

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.
