Anyone know of an aftermarket 12 volt "Neutral Open" Relay
that will work on a Valkyrie for the hi beam switch

Most all relays have a dual use in that they can be used to disconnect or make a connection.

There are at least two families of relays:  Momentary and latching.

Valkyries don't have headlight relays as stock.

You must be contemplating adding additional lighting controlled with a relay. That's the correct way to do it.
If you want to use the stock toggle on the handlebars and use it in conjunction with the high beams only you should probably investigate whether the wiring can carry the additional load of a relay in the high beam circuit.
A possible solution could be move the high beam wire to the relay also and then stock high beam wire could be dedicated to the relay singularly.

In any case, you will need a new supply wire directed to the relay for your power needs.

I hate to disagree but I replaced the rocker switch for the hi beam and it still did not work.
found that when I tried to jumper it at the switch I could hear a faint click from under the seat.
And it was coming from a relay, pulled the relay next to it and switched it for the bad one and
the hi beam worked. Took it out and put the bad one back in, and the light did not work. Tapped
on the bad relay with a screwdriver and the hi beam came on. Switched off then on and tapped on
it and the hi beam came on.... what ya think, is it a relay or were the 60's a little to good to me.
If you ask me the answer is both  crazy2

Stude: I thought I heard that the I/S's have a relay in the lighting circuits. I haven't seen the I/S wiring but Radio Shack has both Normally open and normally closed relays. Pull the bad one and take it there. You might get lucky.

Try your local auto salvage yard for a source of high quality 10-15-20-30 and even 40 amp rated relays. Pin configuration is usually printed on the relay and various mounting methods available.

I guess you're disagreement is about no headlight relay in the Valkyrie.

Here's a link for the wiring schematic on the Valkyrie. Done up by someone right here on the forum.

There's no relay in the headlight (high beam/low beam) system in the schematic.

3W-Lonerider is correct, the I/S has relays for the headlights. Go to the link below, about 4/5s of the way down there is info on relays and how to wire them to take the load off the starter switch. Also there is a schematic to beef up the wiring to handle higher wattage bulbs.

Thanks John,
I was looking to do that mod and I could not find the schematic.
And thanks Chet for taking the time to make it and putting it where we could all use it.
