I know how to do this as i found (at one time) a nice pictoral of someone else doing it on this site.  Can;' seem to find it now and a brother is looking at getting a new tire.  I want to give him the pkg, so that he can safetly and propely remove, replace o-rings, not throw away the nylon washer, and reinstall his rear wheel (tightening  the shaft to the pumkin last).  can someone steer me in the right direction?
