Just got home a bit ago.  I Feel like a Saturday morning after losing a good Friday night fight.  My wife always says my only good luck is living thru the bad luck. I proved her right again. that was a  close one!  Multiple pulmonary embollisms in my lungs.  I remember telling her to dial 911 but not much after that.  Was told when I was picked up they had a hard time getting a blood pressure and the O2 level was less than 70 what ever the hell that means.  Anyway I am home towing an O2 bottle behind me, feeling like crap and can hardly make it up the steps without going into a heavy breathing fit.  Just going to drop back, recoupe for a while, and try this retirement thing a second time!
Thanks Everyone! The power of Prayer works.

I'm glad you're upright, Goody.

That's too scary and too close.  Take care of yourself and help the doctors get you past this stuff.

Have they given you a machine for the house with the 40' hose yet, and a small tank to carry outside, or are ya still stuck with the bigger tank on wheels?

When ya get the little tanks to carry around.  Those are a spurt of O2 on each breath.  So. breath through your NOSE.   Mine has been broke so any times, I have a hard time, so I get an extra 60 days of the tank.   Flunked the last test by 2.    The O2 setting they are talking about is the amt of oxygen in your blood............   Anything below 89 they panic..........   They, means Dr's Nurses and such..

When they hauled me in in November I was on 83.   They were bound and determined that I was going for a Meat Wagon ride......   They won.....
