Got my MC tire off today and need to make a decision whether to replace with another MC tire or a DS tire.  I have both - the DS is a GY ATT 205/60R/16.  Nutcage mod has already been done to the bike.  However, my concerns rest in the fact that my I/S has been lowered a half inch front and rear.  I have Progressive 440s in the rear, but they're a half inch shorter than stock, so I'm concerned about fender rubbing with the DS.  Think that might be a problem?

You shoudl be just fine. I jack the rearend up over the exhaust to put the rear axle back in and it don't rub then. so you should be fine. Ride Safe out there. Shades

The fact that some darksiders run 65's, I would think the 60 would work with your situation.

I run the GYTT and Progressive 12.5's and progressive fork springs with a lower profile front tire 150/70-17 and no problems.

Ran a 205/55-16 CT with 12.5" Progressive shocks worked great. May go back to a CT on one of the Valks next time.

You'll die a flaming death, put your eye out, and then something bad will happen to you if you put a car tire on a Valk.  Send that TT to me for proper disposal and I'll send you a nearly new Dunlop E3 to replace it with.

I think I like my chances more with the flaming death TT than I would with a Dunflop.... 2funny

But I do have a brand new Avon that I might be looking to get rid of at a later date.... Wink
