Was supposed to have a couple of pics but my ridin' buddy's camera
won't download to his computer! They'll get it straight. Took the
backroads to Valle Crucis and bought a few birthday presents at the
Mast General Store. I think this is the original store and it's worth the
ride just to look around. Met a friend of Normandogs (can't remember
his name but I've got one of his cards ...somewhere). He was on one
of those semi-slow black I/S's. Ate at the Dan'l Boone Inn, in Boone,
and figured out it's expensive unless you're a big eater. $17.50 apiece
but that's "all you can eat" of some purty darn good food! Saw a yaller
Valk trike on the Blue Ridge Parkway and found a shortcut for when we
go to Grandfather Mtn this summer. Good day all in all....even if it was
less than 200 miles. cooldude

That is a pretty good ride 200 miles.

Especially after eating at a ggod place and probably needing a nap.

We rode abuot 220 today after about 240 yesterday.\

Smokies and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Rode the Beast up around HWY 66 near Rogersville.

Perfect weather for ride around the South Today.

My milage for the Intersate is 49,000.

Harley 28,500 no break downs and no shop repairs either.

Mean Streak 3800

KLR 650 3200.

Whatever it is, it's better in the wind.

On a road less traveled.

We had a good turn on Skyline Drive yesterday too. Did a 240 mile round trip, theres a great old fashioned diner in New Market we stopped for dinner in it was a great end to a great day.

I still can not get my pictures to load on the site (again too friggin stupid, need bigger hammer, ugh!).
