This is just an FYI...We have 11 of the double queen rooms left at the rate of $89 per night and 13 of the King rooms at the $119 rate.  If you have registered and put in a request for one of these rooms, but have still not paid, your registration and room request will not be honored until payment is received.  In addition, if you have requested one of these rooms, but have not yet registerd for the event, your room request will not be honored until you have registerd for the event.  If you still have not registered and are wanting one of these rooms at the lower rate, you may want to do it before they are all accounted for.  There are still rooms available at the $119 rate per night.

Thank you and I am definitely looking forward to July in Michigan!  Woohoo!!!  cooldude

Shortleg, You've reserved a double queen room for five nights.  You're covered.

we might stop in for 1 or 2 nights. should we book now and confirm later, or just take our chances at paying full rate?

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

It may seem that I'm advising against our interests, but if you're not sure, don't reserve.

The reason is selfish.  We're not a hotel that can easily absorb cancellations.  We're contracted to pay for a certain number of rooms.  If someone cancels on us we must either fill the room (frantically at the last minute) or eat the cost.

Day passes cost the same on site as they do through the pre-registration process.

Fudgie... I am riding up thru Chicago and Wisconsin on Friday.  Then north to the UP and across the Mackinaw Bridge on Sat.  Then staying in Bellaire on Sunday.  Then home on the Michigan superslab on Monday.

I'll have a few buddies in tow, including dome HD's I am picking up in Wisconsin... if they can keep up.  Wink
