I'm batchin' it this weekend, plus it's supposed to rain. So, for the first time I'm going to pull my back wheel and do the o-rings replacement and splines lube. Bought some moly paste from Guard Dog and got the o-rings set from CarolinaBikeandTrike.com.

From all of the research I did on the board, in ShopTalk, and on Dag's site, it sounds like a fairly simple and straight forward task.

I know it's child's play for many, but it's done and I feel good about it. Took about 3 hours (probably 3 times as long as some of the experts). Thankfully, the splines weren't dry and rusty like pictures of some I've seen here.

Time for lunch and a cold one to celebrate.

These pics are from before I cleaned everything up and re-lubed. A bunch of the old paste had obviously been slung out.

Don't forget to clean the stains off the carpet before the wife gets home you know she wouldn't approve of the tire change in the living room so you could watch tv and be in a/c 2funny
