Today I had a chance to make a small contribution to very large and worthy cause. This was my first RFTK ride and I knew no other participants, but was presented with the opportunity to meet some wonderful people. Special Thanks to Mark Stovall and Wife, Jimmy (HayHauler) and Wife and a number of other Valkyrie owners (CRS), I felt completely at home. I don't know if it was me that they wanted to meet or my bike (when I rode cutting horses, I had a horse do the same thing for me, introduce me to a lot of good people) LOL. Here's hoping everyone rode home safely.
Shame on me for not bringing my camera to capture the moment to share with my family. It won't happen again.

If you are riding  and it is a must that you keep your eyes on the road, you are riding too fast.

Eli (sp?) you will find that from most everyone in this organization.  I feel at home here and at any of the events that I attend.  These people are like family, when they hurt (Clintsdivco), we hurt, when they celebrate, we celebrate.  I was made to feel at home when I first approached members of this club and I plan on passin' it on.

Good to meet you today and I hope you can make it to the wrench party on May 8 down in Manvel.  Even if you don't have any work you need to get done, the fellowship is worth the trip.

I won't be able to be there as I have to work that Saturday, but might stop by in the early afternoon if my cut over gets done on time.

Ride safe out there,

Hay  Cool

Eli, great to meet you on Sunday.  Look forward to seeing you down the road sometime.  Keep working on how to ride both Valks at once. Can't wait to see that.
