First Company in... Last Company out! VRCCDS0234

Made the change friday. Like they say, is this thing going to fit? Yes it did. Have plenty of room between the tire and shaft housing. Did the nut job to the fender and changes the bolts out. All splines looked good and got greased up. Didn't get a chance to put many miles in this weekend but the commute will fix that. The ride is different but easy to get used to. The tire pressure says 51psi and I have 45psi for now. To me, I haven't felt any of the squirrleyness from the road what so ever that other haved mentioned. Do have some road construction around with different surfaces and the bike has no problems. Time will tell as I get moer time on it. Did use the dyna beads and added them to the front, no complaints here. The ride is plenty smooth.
The tire is a Yokohama AVID ENVigor 205/60R/16 92V http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Yokohama&fromCompare1=yes&vehicleSearch=false&tireModel=AVID+ENVigor+%28H%26V%29&partnum=06VR6ENV
All I can say for now is that I love it!  cooldude
Here it is mounted up

Just went there too! Also, not much seat time. Same size tire, but went with a Falken, cool tread design and cheap. I didn't do anything but put it on, so far no rubbing that I can tell. I put 37 psi in the tire and it feels a little squirmy on low speed turns. I am going to increase tire pressure and see how it does. It feels great on the road, very smooth. I really like the looks Cool

With the nut mod, I don't have to worry about pull'n it to do if it did start rubbin. I hate down time.
Have several hundred miles now and love the tire. Now I just need my DS number and some cookies!  cooldude

Serk said there wasn't really any cookies, they just say that to get us to the darkside. They know once we get there our journey is complete and we can never go back.

Welcome to the darkside bill. I mounted my new CT yesterday and so far no different from the previous CTs I've ran before.  I also ended up doing final drive fluid and changing front wheel bearings too. Dealer did not have any bearings ended up getting them from a local bearing house. That was a job as the right side had started loosing balls and the outer race was stuck in the wheel I had to take a grinder to the race and cutting it into to get it out. Rode to work this morning  things are great again.
