It has been a while, but I recalled something, some what, when you mention jets.  My system came from Bill at MagnaCharger and I noticed that one of the jets were drilled out, it did not match the number size. Don't recall which one it was.  Just for reference for the future.

What is your air temperature? The colder the air the more difficult the startup. Offhand I don't remember what my mains are but my slo is 27.5. Your airscrew sounds about right but you need your engine warmed up and idling to do a fine adjustment.

Is your choke cable properly installed? No choke, no start.

Is your carburetor pump working and squirting fuel? I pump the throttle several times, on each try, to get some liquid fuel in the intake to get the bike to fire. If it doesn't start after a couple of seconds then I stop and twist the throttle several times again and repeat. When the bike is fully warmed up it starts easily. Usually no choke but sometime a throttle twist or two.

Trying to start inside the garage, so warm temperature.

Can't figure out any other problem than carburetor.
Took it off and tomorrow rip it out.
Let's see what happens...

I just love that it's only ONE carburetor to get right. I don't miss working on the six pack!

It works!

There was accelerator pump feather missing Smiley

Carburetor is used (few starts on race HD), so feather was lost in some service there...

The preferred non-ribbed belt is a Gates 040320. I don't know the ribbed belt size. Perhaps someone else can chime in and help. I sounds like you'll need all the octane booster you can get. Another blown Valker  that I know was getting along just fine with the stock ignition module while running premium and adding octane booster.

Only driving with high octane fuel.

And yes, if someone can help with ribbed belt size...
