I'm going to go down a couple of doors to the Texas Roadhouse for supper...I rode up to Knoxville to see Smokin Joe....and got to visit with him for a couple of hours this evening....I hope I can keep myself out of trouble tonight??!!.. PS., Rhonda, could you please send Brian down here to be my bag toter??...OH, and send plenty of $$ for me to shop with!!..  ...  ...   |

pretty Ladies with you!!... ... ... ... I must have a touch of what Detn8er has....it rained the whole 220 miles on the way up here!!...just like the day I met you guys....  Well, time to go eat some of that roadhouse chili...good thing I have this kingsized bed to myself tonight..I might get UGLY!!!....  |

steak!!...New York Strip...with steak fries and green beans...and I had a onion blossom(small one) and a cup of chili as starters...I could barely walk back to the room...poor Joe is stuck eating that hospital food... |

Thanks for droppin' by the hospital Steamer. Sorry about not being good company I'm either in tremendous pain or wasted on drugs at this point . Maybe tomorrow will be better to me |

hated to see that you were in so much pain...I hope that they get you back on your feet soon so you can go home at least...hospitals suck!!...I had to make sure the nurses were taking care of you...I really did enjoy seeing you and would have stayed longer, but didn't want to wear you down anymore than you already are...take care my Friend and get better soon... |

Kia...and it's a good thing, the backside of the hill coming into Gatlinburg was COVERED in gravel dust, not to mention it rained on me the whole way up here....but we need the liquid sunshine... |

if I could only tie this mattress to the top of the Kia and get it home DRY, I'd be in business!!..no such luck...looks like it'll be pouring rain on me all the way home....but first, I am going to eat breakfast at the old Mill and then look in some tool stores before heading South.... That chili was GOOD, but I'm paying for it this morning...good thing I have vent shades on the Kiamobile... Joe, I hope they can take that tube out of you today and get you on the way to recovering enough to let you go home...just hang in there and get better....hope to see ya on a RIDE soon.... |

had breakfast at the Old Mill.....I couldn't believe it, but I didn't buy a SINGLE tool at the tool store......and got some bad news on the way home....my favorite little restaurant in Clarkesville....Taylor's Soda Shop is closed....that hurts to the bone...the owner, James Taylor, had just moved into a new building he'd bought a while back....this economy SUCKS!!....
