Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow to add some hardware to Jim's wrist. So he probably won't be on here much. He's not very good at pecking the keyboard with one finger. To set the record straight. I was at the top of the embankment and witnessed the whole accident, but I DID NOT push him down the hill!

He was going to try to escape in his car, but "fell" before he could get to it and before any golf clubs were pulled.
Hope you are better soon, buddy. My sister got her wrist hardware from a horse incident the day of the last Ride for Kids. She is back to riding now. Just letting you know that if you stick to the rehab schedule, you can get back in the saddle before long.

Jim, I hope everything goes well. A big bummer for a guitar playing motorcycle rider to lose the use of a hand. Take good care of him Sly

Going to cut down on his cooking too. I hope he can drink beer with that good arm! ~Jeff

Something ELSE for your good hand to do while recovering . . . . . . besides changing the channel on your TV! Get well soon and do what your Doc (and Sly) tell you to do.

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. What a difference a day makes. Before surgery, constant pain, after occasional pain. Just for the record.. Sly didn't push me and she is a GREAT nurse! Should be riding in six weeks.
