Just got 14k miles on my front E3... is that pretty typical for everyone?  I was thinking I would get a bit more.  Keep 42lbs in it and only used for long trips, very little around town travel.

I got 25,600 out of this one. It just depends on the miles sometimes. Nothing but straight long interstate miles on this tire. I try to keep 42 in my fronts.

I think off interstate roads and lots of Texas roads (haha) are rough texture wiseand hard on tires. And yes that tire was a little beyond worn.

Truly YMMV tis time.

I'm at 10K miles on the front.  I expect to squeeze a few more out of it.  No less than 40 psi up front.  All two-lane twisty roads with coarse asphalt surface.  Smooth pavement will make a difference. I'm happy.  sheets

I got around 8,000 on my first and last E3, then I took it off
and threw it in the trash. Still had plenty of tread left.

The E-3's have been good to me, a couple trips to teh Dragon (Deals Gap) and Cheaha, always stuck wet or dry.  23K on the last rear but usually only 20K on the rear.......22-23K on the fronts usually

.....swore off Avon Venoms after my last one picked up a "bolt" in the rear tire with under 1,000 miles on it.....was headed for Colorado with a pack of valks, and wasnt about to ride a plugged tire there....so I had a Dunny E3 thrown on the back....3 years and 18K miles later....it still has "decent" tread on it....which is amazing to me...Id throw another set on, but I bought a new set of Avon Cobras last summer to put on this spring....gonna see what kinda wear I get outta these, and if Im not happy with em, Im gonna throw a set of E3,s on next time....
