Usually the mounting kit, bolts and spacers, is different due to the saddlebags but it will fit.

When I installed my HitchDoc on my IS, the bags, bag supports, and guards were spaced out from their mounting locations using spacers.  This would have no impact on a Standard.  You will have to get the right length of bolts (or cut the ones in the kit off).  The ones in the I/S kit will be too long.  I believe the hitches for the I/S will work with the Standard.
