Update on the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Cruise. June 26th, 27th.

At this time we need a headcount on whose coming.  We'll try to get a better rate at the local Holiday Inn Express. (Latest update, see below).

I just got a group rate for the Holiday Inn Express in New Haven.  $89.00/night plus 14% tax.  Nice hotel, about 4 years old.   We will post the link soon for direct reservations.

Also, if we have enough riders, we will get an escorted ride to I469 by New Haven's finest.

Email us , either VRCC or regular email. or call.   Mark, MAD6Gun or Wayne, Solo1.

Thanks cooldude

Would love to come, but I'm afraid I'll still be on O2 and no way will I try to travel with it attached..

Been there done that and no fun plus it is one great big pain in the arse......

Tried it last weekend.    O2 tank would run out at the most inconvenient time.

Took 8 portable tanks and my 2 recharge jobs.   Ran out about 30 miles from home, and that wasn't even an over nighter........  It was just a long day, in hopes of being able to stretch it into an over nighter....

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

Diane and I will be there, but will not need a hotel room. We've got three of 'em, bought and paid for, just up the road.   2funny

He's talking about the Wayne hotel, It was built many years ago next to the old Lincoln Highway. Detroiters found it was a dandy place to sell mood altering substances until the NH police worked on the problem.  Still not a nice place but Fudgie was wrong, they rent by the day and week now. LOL!!

I figured that's the one he meant. (I work at a company on the outskirts of New Haven and travel in, around and through town every day.)  Wink

Tony, he might've meant the Hometown Inn ( fondly known by LEO's as the Homeboy Inn).  That one isn't exactly an asset to New Haven either. Smiley
