I can only speak of Photobucket 'cause that's the only
one I've used. No problem for me..but then I don't really
use it a lot.

I've tried Flickr and had some problems with it, probably operator error. I also couldn't post pics to the VRCC, well that was all I needed to change to Photobucket and never look back. No problems, no learning curve for me, and I can post pictures to the VRCC, It's all good cooldude

You shouldn't compare photobucket with smugmug, IMO.  Smugmug is a premium paid photo hosting service.  You get what you pay for there.  Nothing wrong with Photobucket but the experience is going to be different with a free versus paid service(ads).  For most folks, photobucket is the right solution.  Its free, and its easy to share pictures.

I'd also point out that Smugmug Co-founder Mike MacAskill Baldy runs the Adventure Riders Message board and is a big motorcycle guy.  If you are like me and are looking for a premium online service for hosting pictures, then give Smugmug a try. (I'm a customer)

I agree with Scott, Smugmug is hard to beat for quality.  I too am a customer of theirs.

Run your own webserver that's on your home network, and have a script that grabs all new pictures you take and indexes 'em, thumbnails 'em, and puts 'em on your webserver for you...  cooldude

I use photobucket also. Some of my pix were 'threatened' to be pulled. Timbr suggested google photos. I put my ride pix on photobucket and my rally pix on google. None have been pulled....yet.  Wink

I guess a topless and a occasional nekkid woman/dude or other biker dubatcherry violates their policy.  Evil

I use imageshack, but only because when I googled how to put big pictures on craigslist, that's what the tutorial used as an example. Can't compare to any others.
