One year ago you asked me about the CRC Polyurethane Seal Coating.
I did one side of my rear rim last April (2009) and it still looks as good as it was one year ago.
I did the front rim a few weeks ago.  cooldude

Urethane Insulation Coating is intended for such as windings on electric motors.
During Inzane in Germany, I met a guy that told me about this paint. He had used it on his rims four years ago, and they were still just fine.
Search CRC Urethane Isolation Clear Coating.

Not RED as the picture, but CLEAR

I better proof read better. Dag, did you spray the wheel with the tire already mounted? I was thinking of doing a wheel but it wll need a new tire before long.

Yes, I did spray the rim with the tire on. I did apply masking tape before spraying.
