Guilty verdict in fatal 'nail polish' crash
Lora Hunt has been found guilty of reckless homicide in the death of Anita Zaffke in Lake Zurich last year.

Not yet verdict just reached, but I believe they were talking the other day 5 years. have to wait & see. In Illinois she can get 3-14 years.

Life is sure cheap in that state. sad but true Wonder if they give discounts for multiple deaths(murders) like the truck that killed five bikers and injured several others?

Was Anita Zaffke a regular on this board?
I lived outside Rapid City, SD (30 miles east of Sturgis) when the former governor, Janklo, hit the HD biker. It was not a happy thing when he got off.

Anita did not belong to this board. Just a fellow Illinois rider. All we can do now is hope that the judge gives Mrs. Hunt to maximum sentence. This was BIG news when she was found guilty.
