Symtec Demon heated grips - need opinions

Any one used the "Symtec Demon" heated grips, if so how did you like them?

Here's what I'm using.  Looks are so so, a lot like stock, but they work awesome and can't beat the price.  The stock switch is cheap; I replaced it with a heatroller mounted in my I/S fairing.
