Made arrangements at El Governor Hotel, Mexico Beach, FL, for discount rooms, Fri. & Sat. October 29 & 30, 2010. $60+ tax a night. Each room faces the Gulf. More details to follow. There will be a ride on Sat that'll end up at Apalachicola and Papa Joe's at 301 Market St. for the best oysters anywhere. Call and mention Valkyries on the Beach. 888-648-5757.

Depends for me those dates are real close to " The Fall Color Ride " I'll have to see what the wallet looks like after doing a weekend in the Tennessee / Carolina mountains. I always made " Dragons On The Beach " in Panama City but Brian had it in November and I had some recover time.

Hey Joe. Start stashing a buck 0r two away a week and you'll have it made. I looked at November but my slate was full and could've only done it Thanksgiving weekend. So that's why last of October.

I know Brian had been doing DOB at PC. We go to Apalachicola a couple times a year and love it. Thought we'd share the experience with everyone else. And October at the beach is great. In between summer craze and the snowbirds.

Stashing or " Rathole " as I call it  is what I'm doing now to make InZane . The medical bills on my son has damaged my play money beyond belief  Sad
