I would go ahead and replace all the o-rings. They are cheap enough and if one is bad...they are probably all bad.

You do not have to remove the carbs or airbox to do this but it does helps to remove the airbox. You can loosen the clamps at the carbs, remove the bolts on the intake, lift the carb a little and work the intake runner out. Install is the opposite.
