Harley Davidson Electra Glide vs Kawasaki Vulcan Reviewpowered by Aeva

Joe and I discussed this this morning and for the money go with the Harley.

The kawasaki does not really have more power you can use even with a advantage in the CC's

Department.

1582 vs 1700 on the Kawi.

Fit and finish on the Kawi is not all that good either.

I saw that big Kawi in a showroom the other day and it looked nice and comfy, but it still doesn't have enough cylinders.  If Yamaha ever decides to detune that new VMax monster motor and put it in the Venture, there's something I might buy!

I have a 2003 1200 Voyager. Excellent bike. I really enjoy it.

I'll never buy the new 1700. Very disappointed when Kaw came out with another v twin crazy2

What did you expect it to have a INLINE 6 on a cruiser.

BMW does pretty good with two cylinders, Moto Guzzi two cylinders, Ducati two cylinders,

Suzuki V-Strom Two cylinders. If it is a cruiser and has more than two cylinders it is a rareity.

The thing won't even outrun the Harley. So there you go.

My wife and I sat on one and there ain't near the room sitting on it that the Dragon has. The bags and trunk seemed shabby and we just weren't impressed.

There is not enough room for a real sized couple to fit on the Harley either.

So you better keep Valking it until they make another good motorcycle like the Valk.

I mean everbody wants a change once in a while but it just ain't out there yet.
