Left Ponchatoula around 11:00 am. Took I55 north to the first exit in Mississippi. Think it exit 3 Arcola Hwy 543 east. Took it to Hwy 48 east to Tylertown Miss. There was a Blue Grass Festival going on. Stop for a couple hours and meet some friends there. Great music, got to be a blue grass lover to enjoy.
Left Blue Grass festival around 3:30. Took hwy 48 east out of parking lot of festival. Took me to Sandy Hook Miss. Turned right on hwy 35 south, which turns into hwy 21 in Louisiana. Stayed on hwy 21 south until Sun La. Turn right on hwy 40. Hwy 40 took me to hwy 445 Robert La. Which lead me back home. Round trip around 200 miles.

That's good news Doyle. I like Blue Grass Music. They used to have a couple festivals in this area back in the day. We went for the partying and the music grew on me. Those folks are very talented. I was trying to learn the guitar back then and you could wander around and find small groups siting around pickin and grinin. Anyone was welcome to sit in. Met a lot of people and learned that I'm not a guitar picker.  Smiley
