They made the playoffs on a shootout goal on the last day of the season.

They beat the heavily favored New Jersey Devils 4 games to 1 in the first round.

They fell behind the Boston Bruins 3 games to 0 in the second round.

They came back to tie the series 3-3 going into tonites game.

They fell behind 3-0 in the first 10 minutes and came back to win 4-3 to go on to the conference finals against the Montreal Canadens.

I've been a hockey/Flyers fan for 35 years and that is the greatest hockey game I have ever seen!!!!!!

Congratulations and GO FLYERS!

Hey Thumper...   +++++++ 1
Lifelong Flyers fan,  greatest game / series I have ever seen.   I was upset after they went down 3-0 tonight,  thinking I have been set up to have my heart ripped out again...   but they really came through.  Bring on the Canadiens...

Sorry he Habs coming back THREE times with their backs against the wall has been the highlight of this year. The Canadiens had to beat the Capitals and then the Penguins to get to the Eastern Final GO HABS GO
What is most unusual the 7th and 8th positions are playing each other in the final

Conference finals...game one.

The Flyers are going up against the playoff's hottest goalie and the team that beat the defending Stanley Cup champions....the Montreal Canadians.

Flyers ran the goalie half way through the game with four goals on thirteen shots.

Final score

Flyers 6 Montreal 0.

Go Flyers! cooldude

One step closer.....

Final score:  Flyers 3   Montreal 0

The Canadians have yet to score a goal in the series.

Game three in Montreal.  A win there and I'll be looking to head home for the Stanley Cup finals!

GO FLYERS!!!!!

Bring on the Chicago Blackhawks for the Stanley Cup.

Ironically, I'll be on Smokin' Joe's Memorial Day ride but will have the TV on Saturday night at 8:00 for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
