Auto zone has a rubber antenna now that comes with about 4 different size adaptors..one that screws on the valks stubber...screw the big whip off and the little rubber one right on...will test it out this week..my oem keep getting snagged on the garage door channel backing out all the time..sounded like a 22 sometimes when it popped lose.....dont know how that little orange cap stayed on the orig antenna but it did..... cooldude
