Just curious,  is there anyone else out there is still waiting on peg relocation kits?  I would imagine that most of the orders come from members from here.

Got mine about 2 weeks about, maybe 10 days.  Check with Chet, make sure you were on the list.

I emailed...  i was on a waiting list last time he emailed.  I'm sure i'll get them eventually.   Just didn't think i would have to wait a month..  But man, did 35 miles on the bike today and drove the motorcycle class's course at the local college.  I actually did the crazy 8 and S turn on the second try.  still working on driving the cones.... the stopping is  requirements are easy on the valk.  Also did well on the quick avoidance manuever.  That's all for now...

Got mine a week ago... still waiting on a free day to install them.  Along with my Kury light bar... passenger grab bars... repair my left front turn signal... ugh.  I need a vacation.

I waited over 3 months for enough orders for Chet to make a run!

I really like them.  Have a set on my 97 already.  Just remember though, they do reduce cornering clearance.  Esp. if using floorboards too.

yeah, i didn't scrape on any of the course with the turns.. so i think i should be good, don't think i was really close to the pegs previously..  Good news, chet is making another production run.. so i should get the lowering kit for the pegs early next month.  I did get my "riding like a pro" DVD...can't wait to try his advice for 6cyl motors...to try it in 2nd gear..  I already am doing pretty good with the turns just by watching his youtube video's; can't wait to watch the 2hr video...

I ordered the relo kit and the Kick Shift. I received the shifter and installed it on Saturday. I haven't received the relo kit. I plan on installing the relo kit with floorboards but, have reservations on ground clearance. It always scares the devil out of me when I hit the pegs.  I like the Heel/Toe shift on the Valk, it just seems natural to me.

How bad is the ground clearance with floorboards and the relo kit?????????

You hit sooner.  I have them.  Like them, but they hit quicker.  Have to, the boards are wider, and now lower.

Your choice, comfort or speed in corners.  I choose comfort.  But, I cannot keep up in the twisties.

I have had the Relo kit on my 2000 I/S for 7? maybe 8 years?  Pegs don't even come close to hitting in curves.  That's because I have Progressive springs in the front...raised the front over an inch and 13" 440's in the rear... raised about an inch.  With my bike side by side other Valks that don't have the same suspension, it is very easy to see how much taller the bike is.
.........I have ISO Wing boards.

Same issue here!  Riding with our southern brothers in TN, I was unable to keep up.  Was dragging pegs in every curve.  Robin and Judy were behind me and told me I was giving them a great light show with the sparks shooting off my pegs!  I'm too long legged to go back to the stock position so I have to settle for comfort over performance in the twists.
