Anyone shooting this round? Likes/dislikes? And what manufacturer? And if Glock, which model? Been looking and really interested. And anyone with a SA subcompact in 357?

Thanks ahead

Its a great round but a bit on the expensive side.  I have shot it in a Glock 31 and reloaded for it as well.  Outstanding round if you can stand the price of ammo.  Reloading for it is kinda a pain in the arse due to the short case neck but with the proper choice of bullet its not that bad once your set up.  For a defensive use, its a great round IMHO.

Been shooting the 357Sig round since it first came out. Ammo is plentiful and cheap on www.gunbroker.com from a seller in Hamilton, OH. This guy seems to have an unlimited supply of factory fresh Speer Lawman ammo which I've been shooting for many years as well. I have my P229 and P239 chambered in 357Sig.

All the best,

Mark

Great round.  Was designed to approximate .357 Magnum ballistics out of a semi-auto.  Texas Department of Public Safety was the first agency to adopt it.  Troopers have reported making running shots on coyotes at 50yds +.  I like the round.  I bought a S&W SW357V not long after the round was introduced.  Carried it as my truck gun till I found out how rare it is.  Less than 2,000 were made.  Recoil is not bad.  Muzzle flip is more than most rounds.  Glocks Models 31 (Full Size), 32 (Compact) and 33 (Sub-compact aka Baby).

My Glock Model 32 (.357 SIG) is my everyday carry weapon in a crossbreed holster. I have the trijicon night sights and the extended magazine. Like the feel of the gun in my hand with the extended mag versus without. Would buy it again tomorrow, very pleased with it.
